I used Family Intendance Visting Nurse for my 90 twelvemonth old mother afterwards her Rehab Stay and was and then happy with every person I Came in contact with. At Family Care. Anybody was very all-around, very agreement and very helpful with my mother. Each Health Intendance Person was patient with my female parent and worked with united states of america every footstep of the way. Most importantly, my female parent was happy and comfortable with everyone which is what's important. I would recommend them for sure. ? very down to earth too.

I accept never experienced a more unprofessional place in all of my life. The staff missed 5 appointments in two and a half weeks. They're rude and absolutely unprofessional. They missed 5 appointments and 4 of those times didn't fifty-fifty accept the decency to call me. I wouldn't recommend them if my mother was dying. And the worst role is there aren't many places that take Medicare and Medicaid and it makes it even worse for those people who don't have anywhere else to go. I am so motivated to modify the narrative in this category that I am thinking about opening a business to advocate for these patients. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for my brother who was in that location for me when I had my stroke. I experience as if there aren't that many people willing to accept care of these elderly patients and they don't have anyone to Abet on their behalf and that is and then sad to think that someone like my mother or my father would have to become through what I went through. The care is substandard and I wish there was an bureau that I can mutter to also Medicare and Medicaid because y'all know that these complaints are going to go lost in the shuffle. I am so angry at this agency and at the indifference of their attitude towards the care that I received. It is a total disgrace.
